Customer Journey Manager (BA) - Trade Surveillance

About the role

Join Pontoon as a Customer Journey Manager (Business Analyst) focused on Trade Surveillance remediation. Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will own the end‑to‑end surveillance journey and translate regulatory and risk outcomes into actionable work for the Markets Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the complete Trade Surveillance journey, covering trading activity, data quality, alert generation and investigation outcomes.
• Create and update journey maps, process flows and narratives that link business intent to technical implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to identify dependencies and embed surveillance requirements early in platform changes.
• Support surveillance readiness for new product onboarding, ensuring new venues and liquidity are reflected in trading strategies.
• Shape backlog content, highlight constraints and provide outcome‑focused input for governance artefacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Trade Surveillance, Market Abuse controls or related regulatory delivery.
• Strong understanding of market products and trade lifecycles.
• Ability to analyse end‑to‑end journeys and produce clear delivery artefacts.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
