Customer Service Advisor – Insurance (Hybrid, £25k)

About the role

Insure Recruitment is supporting an award‑winning insurance business that is expanding its Customer Service team in Godalming. Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on insurance cover options and arrange suitable policies.
• Provide quotations and process payments.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Accurately update customer information across internal systems.
• Support customer retention and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Work in line with FCA guidelines and company quality standards.
• Complete structured training and on‑the‑job learning to develop insurance knowledge.

Required profile

• At least one year of office, customer service or telephone‑based experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team‑oriented approach.
• Confidence using computer systems and managing customer interactions.
• A genuine desire to build a career in insurance.
• Insurance experience is an advantage but not essential.
