About the role
Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its London team. The role involves day‑to‑day management of a residential property, ensuring a high‑quality experience for residents and supporting occupancy and retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver front‑of‑house customer service, responding to resident queries and complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
- Support community events and maintain relationships with university clients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests, preparing notices and updating databases.
- Assist with marketing activities, open days, leafleting and sales/leasing duties including viewings and follow‑ups.
- Participate in health and safety compliance and on‑call emergency support.
- Chase rent arrears, promote tenancy extensions and manage purchase orders and tenant refunds.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
- Good communication skills for handling enquiries and complaints.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on‑call duties.
