About the role
Join Bupa Global’s customer service team in Brighton and help deliver premium international health insurance support to UK and global members. After an eight‑week training programme, you will work a hybrid schedule, spending one day a week in the office and the rest remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone and email, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
- Resolve complex queries without escalation, including policy coverage decisions and treatment authorisations.
- Guide members to platinum providers, book appointments and follow Bupa’s care pathways.
- Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the customer database.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards at all times.
Required profile
- Experience in the global health‑insurance market or transferable experience from life insurance, retail, banking or wealth management.
- Previous contact‑centre experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Required skills
- No specific technical tools are mandated; the role relies on strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
What we offer
- Permanent full‑time contract (35 hours per week) with a salary of £26,400 per year.
- £500 salary uplift after successful probation.
