About the role

Join a fast‑growing consumer fintech firm as a Customer Service Executive. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve card queries and other issues while delivering a world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve card‑related queries and straightforward technical issues using internal systems.
• Redirect complex cases to the appropriate specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑centre role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a polished phone manner.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work both in the office and remotely.
• Calm under pressure, energetic and solution‑focused.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to clarify enquiries.
