Customer Service Officer – Remote (6‑month Temp)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our Membership team on a six‑month temporary contract. The role is fully remote and involves supporting members, volunteers and internal departments to deliver an outstanding membership experience. You will act as a key link between our community and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, answering queries and providing information.
• Promote membership benefits and encourage member engagement to improve retention.
• Collaborate with Membership Operations, Events, Professional Development, Marketing, Communications and Acquisition teams to support end‑to‑end membership journeys.
• Assist volunteer leadership teams with recruitment, onboarding, event coordination and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and CRM data for member communities and volunteer activities.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.
