Customer Success Engineer, Spanish Speaking

About the role

Postman is expanding its Customer Success Engineering team and seeks a Spanish‑speaking engineer who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. In this consultative position you will partner with Customer Success Managers to design, implement, and reuse solutions that accelerate value for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Unblock customers ranging from basic setup to complex architectural challenges.
• Conduct deep technical discovery, understand the full customer stack, and design production‑ready implementation paths.
• Create reusable assets such as guides, templates, scripts, and reference implementations.
• Capture recurring customer challenges and feed them back to product teams.
• Turn individual solutions into repeatable patterns that benefit the broader customer base.
