Customer Success Manager – CRM & HubSpot

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with retained clients of a specialist B2B consultancy, helping them maximise the value of their CRM and marketing automation investments. The role combines onboarding, training, adoption support and strategic optimisation to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver onboarding programmes, training sessions and workshops on CRM and marketing technology.
• Support clients in adopting and utilising CRM and marketing automation platforms effectively.
• Manage inbound support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify service‑delivery improvement opportunities.
• Inform clients about new features, functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery, CRM and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CRM consulting or a similar client‑facing role.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
