Data Analyst (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

This is a six‑month fixed‑term opportunity for a Data Analyst to support a high‑impact regulatory and customer remediation programme within a technology‑led financial services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Write, maintain and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Process and fulfil large volumes of data requests from business stakeholders.
• Produce accurate data extracts, reports and management information.
• Work with large, complex datasets to identify relevant information and ensure data quality.
• Support reporting requirements in a regulated environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with SQL and advanced data manipulation.
• Proven ability to handle large datasets and complex extraction requests.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly accurate analytical approach.
• Experience delivering reporting and data outputs to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment.
