Design Technology Teacher – Birmingham & Solihull (£170‑£220 per day)

About the role
We are seeking experienced Design Technology teachers to deliver engaging lessons in secondary schools across Birmingham and Solihull. The role involves teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and, where available, Key Stage 5, covering a range of specialisms.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver practical and theoretical Design Technology lessons.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and manage student engagement.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adhere to school safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS); early‑career teachers are welcome.
- Proven experience teaching one or more Design Technology specialisms.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Professional, adaptable and reliable approach.
