Digital Customer Engagement Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Lead to drive innovative digital initiatives for healthcare brands within the pharmaceutical sector. You will shape meaningful digital interactions that enhance patient and healthcare professional engagement in a fast‑evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital customer engagement projects and omnichannel campaigns.
• Ensure all activities comply with the ABPI code and relevant regulations.
• Manage digital content using Veeva Vault and PromoMats platforms.
• Support key stakeholders with clear, precise communication.
• Utilise digital analytics tools to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Work remotely with occasional visits to the Maidenhead office.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or engagement, preferably in pharma.
• Strong understanding of ABPI code compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault or PromoMats.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exposure to rare disease campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.
