Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established premium beauty brand that operates globally and embraces a digital‑first, entrepreneurial culture. The brand is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media) to join its marketing team and help drive e‑commerce growth through paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC and CTR.
• Create and manage audience segments for prospecting, retargeting and look‑alike.
• Support structured testing of creative, messaging, audiences and campaign strategy.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate campaign implementation with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, brand, CRM, creative and analytics teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform developments, trends and new opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media or performance marketing.
• Practical experience with at least one platform: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and passion for digital marketing and e‑commerce.

What we offer

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
• Office‑based role on Latimer Road, London (4 days onsite per week).
