Digital Project Manager (Hybrid, Birmingham)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to own the delivery of web and app projects from discovery through hand‑over. Based in our Jewellery Quarter office, the role is hybrid and involves managing scope, timeline, budget and quality for mid‑to high‑tier digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end project management across both Agile and waterfall methodologies, owning scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk and dependencies.
• Lead discovery and planning phases, translating business objectives into clear requirements, priorities, specifications, tickets and delivery plans.
• Own client success by managing expectations, setting boundaries, resolving issues early and guiding customers toward the right outcome.
• Maintain a live RAID view of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions, escalating early with options and recommendations.
• Protect scope, budget, margin and commercial value through disciplined change control.
• Produce clear, decision‑ready reporting for customers and internal stakeholders covering status, risks, budget and next steps.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital projects for web, app or SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable interacting with senior or assertive stakeholders while staying calm and outcome‑focused.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, surface and mitigate risks early.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
