Digital Systems Engineer – CRM & Automation

About the role

As a member of Assystem’s Digital Team, you will design, build and maintain internal digital systems that support our nuclear engineering projects. You will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, API integrations and automation services to ensure reliable, user‑friendly tools for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve internal systems and digital products.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and Azure Functions.
• Enhance system reliability, performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Deliver iterative improvements and measure their impact.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues, investigate and resolve problems efficiently.
• Provide training, documentation and guidance to empower colleagues.
• Contribute to technical standards, share knowledge across the Digital Team and identify opportunities for digital optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and maintaining internal digital systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Ability to work effectively with non‑technical users and stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, user‑focused approach to building digital tools.
• Solid programming experience.
