Director, Head of Global PR & Communications

About the role

Flo Health is seeking a senior leader to own and shape its global external communications. You will craft the narrative that positions Flo as the leading women’s health and digital health brand, while advising senior executives on high‑stakes issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PR and communications strategy aligned with brand, product and commercial priorities.
• Create a differentiated corporate narrative that highlights Flo’s leadership in women’s health, consumer technology and clinically credible digital health.
• Lead communications for product launches, scientific research, partnerships, executive visibility and thought leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with top journalists and opinion leaders across health, technology, business and consumer media.
• Act as senior spokesperson, prepare executives for media engagements and manage crisis communications and issues management.

Required profile

• Significant progressive experience in public relations and corporate communications within a high‑profile, consumer‑facing organization.
• Proven track record of leading global communications strategies that strengthen reputation and support business growth.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare, consumer technology or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong media relationships and ability to translate clinical and technical information into clear, compelling stories.
• Trusted adviser to CEOs and senior leaders, capable of providing clear counsel under pressure.
