Director of Organic Search

About the role

Lead the agency’s organic search practice, shaping strategy, service offering and delivery across SEO, content, link building, digital PR and AI‑driven search. This senior leadership position reports to the Managing Director and works closely with sales to win and retain high‑growth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic direction of the organic search vertical.
• Design and evolve service offerings including SEO, content, outreach, link building, digital PR and AI/LLM visibility.
• Lead, restructure and grow the existing team, hiring senior talent and building career paths.
• Drive client performance and ensure measurable commercial results.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on agency strategy and with sales on business development.

Required profile

• Well‑known in the SEO/organic search community with a strong personal brand.
• Extensive experience speaking at events, publishing articles and appearing on podcasts.
• Comfortable representing the agency in boardrooms and on stage.
• Combines deep technical SEO knowledge with commercial acumen.
