Director of Product Management – Soft FM & Estates

About the role
You will own the Soft FM and Estates product suite, driving its strategic direction and growth across the UK healthcare market. Leading a team of four Product Managers, you will stay close to customer problems, shape discovery processes, and decide what to build, while integrating acquired products into a coherent ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, handling hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews and career progression.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals, market trends and customer needs.
- Prioritise investments, balance discovery workload and allocate resources to meet strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and other product colleagues to ensure the portfolio drives revenue and solves real estate challenges.
- Lead change initiatives, including new ways of working, portfolio restructuring and post‑acquisition integration.
- Promote modern product practices such as continuous discovery, outcome‑based road‑mapping and hypothesis‑driven development.
- Drive adoption of AI‑powered tools and analytics to improve product insights and decision‑making.
- Represent SINGU at external events, conferences and industry forums to raise the company’s profile.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong commercial awareness.
- At least 2 years of people‑management experience leading product managers or similar teams.
- Proven ability to lead product areas through change, restructuring or post‑acquisition integration.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI within product development and using AI‑enabled tooling.
- Data‑fluency: comfortable defining metrics, querying product analytics and using quantitative evidence for decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and fluency in English (C1 or above).
