Director of Project Management - Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Project Management service line for the North region, based in Manchester and Leeds. The role combines strategic growth, client delivery and team development within a leading multidisciplinary consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds.
• Drive business development with new and existing clients to generate sustainable fee income.
• Deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end project management services for institutional investors, developers and asset managers.
• Develop and implement the regional service‑line business plan and align it with national strategy.
• Champion excellence in delivery standards, processes and quality control.
• Mentor and build a high‑performing, engaged team.
• Collaborate with other service lines to maximise opportunities and promote innovation.
• Maintain and enhance key client relationships and represent the business in the market.

Required profile

• Experienced, client‑facing Project Management professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven leadership capability and ability to grow a service line.
• Degree qualified with MRICS (or equivalent).
• Extensive business development experience and an established network.
• Ability to work across a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers and asset managers.
