Director of Project Management – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Project Management service line for the North region, covering Manchester and Leeds. Reporting to the national leadership team, you will drive strategic growth, oversee delivery of high‑profile real‑estate schemes and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Project Management service across Manchester and Leeds.
• Generate new business and nurture existing client relationships to achieve fee‑income targets.
• Deliver end‑to‑end project management services for institutional investors, developers and asset managers.
• Develop and implement a regional business plan aligned with national strategy.
• Champion delivery standards, quality control and ESG best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
• Collaborate with other service lines to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in client‑facing project management within real‑estate or construction.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of business development and fee generation.
• Degree qualified, MRICS (or equivalent) and recognised professional credentials.
• Established network of contacts in the North region.
• Leadership capability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
