Domestic Major Loss Adjuster (Southeast)

About the role
Are you an experienced and qualified domestic loss adjuster looking for a new challenge? Do you have the skills and knowledge to handle complex and high‑value claims? Do you want to work for a leading insurance company that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and career progression?
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of claims from instruction to completion, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Visit homes and sites to assess damage, define the project plan, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in domestic loss adjusting, preferably with exposure to major losses.
- CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report‑writing abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused and professional attitude.
