About the role

Hunter Bond is seeking ambitious graduates or early‑career professionals to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. You will work with leading technology, fintech and finance companies, helping them secure top talent while building a high‑earning career from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with exciting tech, fintech and finance clients.
• Identify, interview and place exceptional candidates in high‑impact roles.
• Gain deep knowledge of fast‑growing markets such as quantitative trading, cybersecurity, AI and cloud.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, taking ownership of each placement.
• Work towards clear targets with mentorship from experienced consultants.
