ERP Trainer – Hybrid (Midlands)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Trainer to join an established Microsoft Dynamics partner in the Midlands. The role is hybrid, combining remote and on‑site sessions, and focuses on delivering high‑quality training that helps customers and internal teams maximise the value of their ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging ERP training programmes.
• Conduct instructor‑led sessions both remotely and in person for customers and internal colleagues.
• Create learning materials such as video tutorials, user guides, presentations, training manuals and online content.
• Collaborate with consultants and subject‑matter experts to keep training content accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery and resources.
• Maintain documentation aligned with software enhancements and new releases.
• Support the development of online learning platforms and knowledge bases.
• Deliver complementary training on Microsoft technologies, including Power BI and related reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ERP or business software training.
• Ability to create engaging learning content for users with varying technical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems or online learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
