Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Glasgow

About the role

Connells Group, part of Allen & Harris, is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join its residential sales team in Glasgow. Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment opportunities for the branch.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to generate new business and deliver outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Competent use of internet and email systems.
