Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Watford

About the role

Connells Group is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Brown & Merry residential sales team in Watford. The role offers industry‑leading training, a clear career ladder and exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including sales, lettings, mortgage services, land and new homes.

Key responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch

Required profile

• Ideally have previous sales experience
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
