Estates Manager – London & South East

About the role

The Estates Manager will act as the property expert for Star Pubs across London and the South East, overseeing a portfolio of around 150 sites. You will shape the strategic vision for the estate, optimise profit streams and enhance asset value while working closely with the regional operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rent events, rent reviews and lease renewals for the portfolio.
• Negotiate rental terms, new lets and capital expenditure schemes.
• Provide expert advice on asset management, landlord‑tenant law and Pubs Code Regulations.
• Identify and develop opportunities to increase estate value, including development projects.
• Collaborate with other Estates Managers and the Estates Team Leader to ensure consistent processes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and time‑management abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills, especially in market rent options.
• Experience managing multi‑site property portfolios in a regulated environment.
