About the role
The UK Events Administrator will support a busy Events Team delivering a range of internal and external events, from small meetings to large conferences and exhibitions. This hybrid role offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in event coordination while working both from home and on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of events for 6–600 attendees.
- Manage registrations, RSVPs and delegate travel/accommodation.
- Source, book and coordinate venues, including site visits.
- Assist with on‑site setup, delegate coordination and issue resolution.
- Liaise with suppliers, raise purchase orders and track budgets.
- Build registration forms and event websites using Cvent.
- Prepare event communications (invitations, reminders, instructions) with Marketing.
- Maintain event databases, contact lists and internal trackers.
- Support post‑event reporting, evaluations and feedback analysis.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or entry‑level candidate with a passion for events.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working independently or in a team.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Suite
- Cvent or similar event‑management platform
