Events Manager – Corporate Events & Business Development

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is looking for an experienced Events Manager to join its Business Development & Marketing team. You will plan and deliver a diverse portfolio of high‑impact corporate events that strengthen client relationships, boost brand visibility, and support growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of corporate events, from concept to delivery.
• Support initiatives that drive client engagement, business development and brand awareness.
• Manage event logistics, administration, budgets and supplier relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice support to the wider events team.
• Ensure events meet high quality standards and align with strategic objectives.

• Highly organised professional with strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive approach and capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience delivering corporate events and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Flexibility to work early starts, evenings and travel as required.
