About the role
Cleo, a fast‑growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support its Founder and CEO, Barney. This role goes beyond traditional diary management, offering exposure to high‑level decision‑making and the chance to drive projects across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s complex schedule, coordinating meetings, travel and events while anticipating conflicts.
- Support rolling projects by gathering information, preparing briefing materials and ensuring timely decisions.
- Own the company newsletter, coordinating contributors and developing new sections.
- Prepare for meetings with concise briefings and ensure follow‑through on decisions.
- Oversee all aspects of CEO travel, optimizing itineraries for productivity and handling unexpected issues.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams and external partners, managing communications and facilitating coordination.
Required profile
- Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and high‑level executive interactions.
