About the role

Join a top‑tier investment bank’s trading floor as an Executive Assistant. This 12‑month temporary role offers exposure to senior professionals and a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, calls and email correspondence for senior executives.
• Organise meetings, conferences and high‑impact events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Work 40‑45+ hours per week with paid overtime (time and a half).

Required profile

• Proactive “can‑do” attitude with strong urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skills with all organisational levels.
• Confidence interacting with senior executives.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
