Export Account Manager – Luxury Interiors

About the role
We are seeking a commercially‑driven Export Account Manager to represent a prestigious luxury interior brand on the international stage. Based in London, you will act as a key brand ambassador, driving revenue growth through the management of agents, distributors and trading partners worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Present and promote brand collections, showrooms, events and studio environments to international partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to introduce new collections and deliver product training.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global agents, distributors and trading partners.
- Ensure seamless coordination between external partners and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain departmental reporting, including sales forecasting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Head of Export Sales on sales strategy development and execution.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French (high proficiency required).
- Experience in luxury interiors, textiles or a related premium sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to exceptional client service.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Genuine passion for design and the interiors industry.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for sales forecasting and data analysis.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
