Facilities Manager – Central London Commercial Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of four multi‑tenanted commercial buildings in Central London. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for both hard and soft services, tenant liaison, and the stewardship of a service charge budget exceeding £1 million.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily tenant and client liaison across the commercial portfolio.
• Manage hard‑service and soft‑service contractors, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Oversee the permit‑to‑work system and health & safety procedures, supported by an internal H&S manager.
• Administer a service charge budget of over £1 million, working with an internal service‑charge team.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery for all occupiers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management within commercial property.
• Strong focus on tenant relations and contractor management.
• Ability to manage large service‑charge budgets and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and permit‑to‑work processes.

Required skills

• MIWFM certification (desirable).
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
