Female PE Teacher – Birmingham & Solihull

About the role
Aspire People is recruiting female Physical Education teachers for secondary schools in Birmingham and Solihull. The role can be a daily supply, short‑term cover, long‑term placement, temp‑to‑perm or permanent position, depending on the school’s needs and the teacher’s availability.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and safety.
- Support pupils to reach their full potential in both practical and theoretical aspects of sport.
- Follow each school’s safeguarding, behaviour and health policies.
- Contribute positively to the wider PE department and school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience teaching Physical Education in UK secondary schools is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach.
