Field Service Engineer (Full Training)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a leading bespoke machinery supplier. The role is field‑based, covering Birmingham and surrounding areas, and includes full OEM training to develop you into a specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on customer sites.
• Provide service and support for bespoke machinery across the automotive, commercial vehicle and public transport sectors.
• Travel to locations within Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Solihull and nearby areas.

Required profile

• Mechanical and electrical engineering background with hands‑on experience.
• 3‑phase electrical experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivation to undertake further technical training and progress to senior roles.
