About the role
We are representing an ambitious organisation seeking a Finance Director. This permanent senior appointment will have influence across every part of the business and will be primarily home‑based, with occasional meetings on site.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on finance control, governance and commercial insight.
- Translate financial performance into operational drivers and advise senior decision‑makers.
- Lead a strong finance team, including an experienced number‑2.
- Identify and act on opportunities to maximise business performance.
Required profile
- Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a data‑driven environment.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to attend on‑site meetings when required.
