Financial Accountant – Hybrid (South West London)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join a collaborative, dynamic organisation within the leisure and hospitality sector. The permanent position is hybrid, requiring four days per week in the South West London office, and offers extensive exposure across a multi‑entity group.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Controllers across multiple entities, developing and managing relationships.
• Review financial statements for the entire Group.
• Support the production of financial reporting and analysis, including the monthly board pack.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Head Office entity audits and support the group audit process.
• Lead group consolidations and analyse financial performance.
• Review and oversee VAT returns.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualified experience in industry.
• Strong grounding in both financial and management accounting.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements across multiple entities.
• Proven ability to produce board packs and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with auditors and leading audit processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
