Financial Accountant – Private Equity (London)

About the role

Robert Half is partnering with a mid‑market private equity firm in Central London to hire a hands‑on Financial Accountant. The role will support the group’s corporate entities, delivering financial reporting, analysis and insight to senior and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for all corporate entities within the group.
• Provide management information and analytics for senior stakeholders and internal business teams.
• Support investor‑relations activities and relationship management across the firm.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
• Experience in financial services, preferably within private equity or audit.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior business partners.
