About the role

The Financial Planning Account Manager will work closely with the Head of Division to support the advisory team in Mayfair. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality administration for client portfolios and ensuring smooth collaboration with financial advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full administration process for client accounts within an IFA or wealth‑management practice.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to financial advisers, preparing documentation and updating client records.
• Coordinate client onboarding, data entry, and ongoing compliance checks.
• Assist with preparation for professional exams and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience in an IFA, wealth‑management, or similar financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of client administration workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Financial services qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
