About the role

Join Uber as an independent driver in London and earn on your own schedule. You will use the Uber app to connect with riders, complete trips, and receive payments quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Accept ride requests through the Uber platform and transport passengers safely to their destinations.
• Maintain a clean, road‑worthy vehicle that meets Uber’s standards.
• Provide courteous customer service and adhere to local traffic regulations.
• Track earnings and manage your availability using the driver dashboard.

Required profile

• Valid UK driver’s licence (EU licences must be converted).
• Private hire licence issued by a local licensing authority.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Driver profile photo taken at a Greenlight Hub.
• Completion of the EduMe virtual onboarding course.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with the Uber driver app.
• Ability to navigate London streets safely.
