Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

THG Ingenuity is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join its restaurant, bar, and events teams. You will help create memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and serve to high standards.
• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, event spaces, and dining areas.
• Support conferences, weddings, and private events, including set‑up and clear‑down.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
