Forklift Operative – Flexible 12‑Hour Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operative to join our North London warehouse on a temporary, ongoing basis. You will work 12‑hour shifts, covering day, night and weekend patterns, to keep stock moving efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Operate SAP via vehicle‑mounted units to record and move goods.
• Remove new production stock from conveyors and store pallets efficiently.
• Unload incoming deliveries and load outbound vehicles for dispatch.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including rebuilding damaged pallets.

Required profile

• Valid, in‑date counter‑balance forklift licence (in‑house licence accepted).
• At least 1 year recent forklift operating experience.
• Good reading, writing and comprehension of English.
• Experience working to KPIs or targets.
• Flexibility to work any mix of days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rotating rota.
