Founding Sales Lead – IT Reseller Division

About the role

This is a founding, entrepreneurial sales position within a fast‑growing Managed Service Provider launching a new IT Reseller Division. You will build the business from scratch, driving revenue, shaping strategy and eventually leading a dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound sales activities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of IT hardware, infrastructure and workplace technology opportunities.
• Define the reseller value proposition, pricing models and commercial frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to craft go‑to‑market strategies.
• Design scalable sales processes and operational structures.
• Later, recruit, mentor and lead additional sales talent to expand the division.

Required profile

• Proven success in IT reseller, VAR, channel or technology solutions sales.
• Strong outbound, new‑business generation capability.
• Commercial awareness of pricing, margins and deal structuring.
• Self‑starter with the ability to create momentum from zero.
• Comfortable operating autonomously and thriving in ambiguity.
