FP&A Controller

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a proactive FP&A Controller to lead planning and provide financial insights for its Peripherals and Services business units and the wider Endpoint organisation. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, build forward‑looking models, and turn data into actionable strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting cycles, consolidating and challenging business submissions.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic decisions.
• Produce insightful reporting, KPIs and board‑ready presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Peripherals, Services and other business teams.
• Monitor working capital performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A experience in a medium or large organisation.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Confident communicator able to influence senior leaders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SAP (or TM1) experience
