Freelance Social Content Creator for TikTok & Instagram

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Social Content Creator to help SOLSKIN become a leading beauty brand on TikTok and Instagram. You will craft short‑form, platform‑native videos that drive reach, engagement, and sales while reflecting the brand’s disruptive, expert, and honest voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit high‑performing short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn products into story‑driven hooks, humor, routines, transformations, and trend‑led content.
• Develop UGC‑style concepts that encourage shares, saves, comments, and conversions.
• Test formats, hooks, and trends quickly and iterate based on performance data.
• Shape content strategy to ensure cultural relevance, entertainment value, and authenticity.
• Lead viral activations, trend hijacking, product launches, creator shoots, and pop‑up events.
• Brief creators and UGC talent, direct shoots, and source creative references.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture and algorithmic drivers.
• Ability to spot content opportunities in real time and act on them.
• Instinct for creating hook‑focused, shareable videos.
• Passion for experimenting, testing, and iterating quickly.
