French Speaking Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a leading global consulting and financial advisory firm in Central London. The role focuses on managing invoicing and collections for French‑speaking clients, supporting cash‑flow optimisation and delivering high‑quality service across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms.
• Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable activities for French‑speaking customers.
• Process invoice adjustments, write‑offs, transfers and advance payment allocations.
• Monitor outstanding debt and proactively pursue collections to improve cash flow.
• Liaise with internal finance teams and external clients to resolve billing and payment queries.
• Identify and escalate issues related to Accounts Receivable and WIP.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process.
• Contribute to working‑capital optimisation and finance process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented finance professional with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, credit control, O2C, client invoicing or finance operations.
