French speaking Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

Language Matters is recruiting a French‑speaking Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a leading professional services firm in Central London. This role offers the chance to work within a growing finance function in an international and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monitoring of active engagements to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Prepare and issue client invoices in line with contractual terms
• Review client agreements and understand their impact on billing and financial processes
• Process adjustments, including time and expense updates, transfers, and write‑offs
• Support accounts receivable activity and help ensure timely cash collection
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing and financial queries
• Contribute to improvements across end‑to‑end financial processes
• Assist with the ongoing development of systems, tools, and workflows

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance support, ideally within a professional services environment
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Proficient in MS Excel and other finance systems or ERPs
