About the role
This contract position supports the EMEA HR Operations team of a global bio‑pharmaceutical company. Based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge, the role provides French‑language assistance for onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across the region.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and global transfers across EMEA.
- Processing employee changes such as joiners, leavers, supervisory and organisational updates.
- Managing right‑to‑work checks, visas and background screening to ensure compliance.
- Acting as first‑line HR support with a strong customer‑service focus.
- Liaising with payroll, global mobility and reward teams to ensure timely processing.
- Maintaining accurate data across HR systems, with Workday experience highly desirable.
- Supporting SOP maintenance and continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
- Exposure to onboarding and employee movement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
- Fluent reading and writing in French.
Required skills
- Workday (HRIS) experience.
