French Speaking Junior Sales Account Manager

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based in the City of London and is designed for French‑speaking professionals who already hold a UK work visa or settled status. You will join a fast‑growing organisation, supporting existing European customers and gradually transitioning into a junior sales role across key products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively service and support French‑language clients.
• Answer inbound calls, manage contractor inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle account‑management tasks such as invoicing and collections.
• Analyse customer‑service processes and suggest continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Research and develop reference documents and resources for clients.
• Participate in the company’s Continuous Improvement Programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Native‑level French and business‑level English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
