French‑Speaking Business Development Representative – London (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to launch our outbound effort in France for a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up. Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will be the first point of contact for French‑language prospects and will work closely with a sales leader who has a proven track record of turning early‑career reps into top performers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the French market.
- Engage decision‑makers in SaaS and technology companies via phone, email, LinkedIn and events, using both French and English.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to shape territory and pipeline strategy.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute ideas to improve team performance.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native French language skills and strong professional English.
- At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales, lead‑generation or customer‑facing experience (internships and bootcamps count).
- Early‑career or career‑changer with grit, curiosity and a learning mindset.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and video calls throughout the day.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience using outbound tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo or Cognism.
