French‑Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced French‑speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. Based remotely in the UK, you will plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across French‑speaking markets, driving strong ROI and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor performance and optimise to meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for French‑speaking audiences.
• Write and localise ad copy in French and English.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and spend allocation.
• Analyse data, produce performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to improve effectiveness.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages and audience segments.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with professional English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Agency experience is a plus.
