About the role

Join the Metropolitan West team as a Front of House Team Member and help create memorable experiences for guests in a historic Victorian venue. You will work alongside a friendly crew, serving food and drinks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including classic British dishes, ales, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Provide friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
